Note about voting
You _must_ be a financial member of PLUG to vote in the AGM. Please remember
to bring along the $10 (or $5) for membership dues. I am aware due to lack of
planning that people that cannot attend the meeting (or send the money with a
friend) will be unable to vote. I'm sorry.

Note about "General Business"
Do not expect the new committee to take any decisons tonight. Instead use the
General business time to bring up and discuss any point you feel the committee
need to be aware of in the near future.

Note about Proxies.
Due to popular demand Proxy voting will be available. The process is simple
please email myself or committee at plug.linux.org.au stating that you're
allowing XXX to proxy vote for you on all matters. Not too complicated.

I hope to see a good turn out.

Yours Tony.
