[plug] Red Hat Linux v8.0 query

I never use Red Hat's packaged versions of Apache now myself if I can 
avoid it.  But there is a Red Hat update for the Apache package in 8.0 
though, which is just a revised package of the same version of Apache, 
so possibly there was a problem with the package that shipped with 8.0.
