[plug] imapd delay with Horde IMP3

Howdy,

My install of IMP3 has suddenly decided that imapd should hang around
for a few minutes after a login, but only on MY login, the other 20
users don't have a problem.  Has anyone seen this before?

impad (i'm using uw-imapd) sits around for about 3 minutes chewing a
tiny bit of CPU before doing what it should:

ryan     29846  3.7  0.2  2324 1104 ?        S    23:34   0:03 imapd

Nothing bad in the logs:

127.0.0.1

host=localhost [127.0.0.1]

I've removed and reinstalled imap, restarted inetd, apache, mysql incase
one of them had some input, but nothing changes.  There can be 100
messages or 0 messages in my spool when I login, it always pauses for
several minutes.

Anyone got a clue they can lend me?
