[plug] Postfix experience

For you PLUG'ers out there that have used postfix, has anyone had experience
from using it as sending mail, with fetchmail to pull the mail off the
ISP -- to then going to a live setup, with your own domain and having
postfix do the whole box n' dice (with qpopper as the pop3 daemon)?

I'm just after really, what is required to go from the fetchmail setup, to a
live setup.
