Just wondering...

With the Linux Conference being held in our home turf, has the WA Government 
been approached to promote interest in Linux within Government?

This would be a fantastic opportunity. The government is currently saving 
money where ever it can, it recently amalgamated departments to do this. If 
we can get decision makers attending, maybe a bit of the enthusiasm might rub 
off!

What do other Pluggers think? Is it too technical a conference to be useful 
for evangelism, or has this approach already been made?
