[plug] new browser, 486 25req, 'Dillo'

I've probably been very ignorant and every Debian user on the planet 
probably knows, but there's a new browser called 'Dillo', which will run 
happily on a 486 25Mhz with 8Mb or RAM, and get this, it's graphical and 
adheres to web standards. :)

Probably one for Computer Angels, eh? :)
