There is that, although I think if the cost was lower everyone would be
buying dev boards and brewing their own box instead of buying the retail
vendors stuff :)

I think what NEC have done here is the way forward:

Doesn't seem to be available in Australia; again probably because of price.
Why does anything with a whisper of environmental responsibility have a hefty
price tag ? Grrr.
