a line from that page that might help:
After DCOM95 is installed you're ready to install Dreamweaver MX.
Type wine dreamweaver\ mx\ installer.exe to install Dreamweaver MX.
If you're having problems install, try it this way:
wine -dll ole32,oleaut32,rpcrt4=n dreamweaver\ mx\ installer.exe

There is more on there about installing Windows Scripting Host, but i will 
leave that for you to read..
