If you get mail from big at boss, delete it without opening it. This can be done 
by selecting a range of messages across the offending mail and then scrubbing 
the lot. It's a new variant of the Downloader virus relying on a new twist to 
the classic Windows MIME-header-and-filename inconsistencies, and apparently 
a number of virus scanners including McAfee don't pick it up.
