Unison does what you want in this regard. Unidirectional behaviour just
a subset of its bidirectional behaviour! The -prefer option, for
instance. The downside with Unison is that it will create a catalog to
ensure correct results (you can safely delete or corrupt the catalog,
but Unison will bother to re-create it). That will occupy a couple of
blocks on your hard drive.
