[plug] fetchmail skipping messages

I meant to mention that -a option - i have turned since finding this
problem - I use the run control files so it is 'fetchall' added to the
line.

The question was more why it did this, I guess it was interrupted in
some way while retrieving those accounts ... perhaps it marks the
message as read before downloading them and then got cut off?

I should add that this is a telstra mail server and things don't work
smoothly at the best of times.

No other email client has touched these accounts.
