Yeah, using a Xerox DocuPrint 4500.

Sorry, I've only done it with CUPS + OpenOffice. CUPS doesn't like our 
printer's PPD so I can't pick a default tray there ; OpenOfffice.org's 
spadmin works fine however.

If you're using CUPS, all it should take is installing the PPD for your 
printer.
