I'm no expert on mail headers, but have had experience with mail bouncing 
back from the 'help at austnet.org' address before.  Generally I find it more 
useful to ask in the #help channel, than to send a mail anyway.

Also the reply has told you <quote>ezmlm-reject: fatal: Sorry, I don't 
accept commands in the subject line.<end-quote> so it appears to be reading 
your subject of 'help' as a command.  Possibly try resending the mail with 
a subject of 'problem with ....'?
