[plug] html -> word using OO

This may help someone else:

1. Open html doc
2. ctrl-home to get to top of
3. shft-ctrl-end to highlight everything
4. ctrl-insert
5. file/new/txt document
6. shft-ins to paste

Some issues with font size but thats fixable.  Even copies across the
css formatting if accessable.  Normal editing and save opptions are now
available!
