May not be what you're after but... Zebedee?   I set it up over what was a 
very slow link from Perth to Brazil for some data analysis.   Redefined the 
word "slow" but I suspect that was link rather than zebedee.  Note that 
this was not a dial-in situation though.   That might queer the pitch.
