Urrggh. Try working for a newspaper - there are lists out there of 
"email addresses you should drown in raving gibberish whenever something 
in the world happens that you don't like." The number of "press 
releases" I get is a real PITA, especially since they're quite hard to 
catch using spam filtering.

The background level isn't too bad, but whenever the yanks do something 
offensive, our PM goes and does something really stupid, etc, the mail 
comes pouring in at a rate of hundreds of messages /an hour/.
