Parnet and WAIX Private IPs (Was: SPAM and archives (Was: Re: [plug] PHP question..))

Does that mean machines plugged in at Plug workshops are accessible from
'real' WAIX machines outside the room?  I kind of assumed that they were
given NAT'ed private IPs... Or are these addresses firewalled by UCC
anyway so there's no security issue?
