[plug] Postfix Bouncing

I sent an email, that tried to bounce back and upon looking at the maillogs
I found:

Jul  4 10:33:36 kneegrow postfix/qmgr[1488]: 55675FCFE: from=<>, size=2238,
nrcpt=1 (queue active)
Jul  4 10:34:01 kneegrow postfix/smtp[3301]: 55675FCFE:
to=<contact at flashware.net>, relay=flashware.net[66.246.35.78], delay=25,
status=bounced (host flashware.net[66.246.35.78] said: 550 rejected: there
is no valid sender in any header line (envelope sender is <>))

I'm assuming this is postfix trying to send the bounce message back to
contact at flashware.net. I've had a read around but cannot seem to find how to
specify the sender in the header line for the bouncing message?
