Never buy MS works. It does *not* inlude MS Word but rather a works word 
processor that can save in MS Word format but will not be compatible with 
applications attempting to access MS Word.

The elite central program sends the document to MS word before printing so that 
you can make changes to it such as add the clients name.

I've downloaded the evaluation copies of "Elite" so I can play around with it.
