Hi Stephen,

On a similar note, ACPI releases before the June'03 one had a bug
with ALi chipsets (as found in Acers) where trying to save the clock
would hard lockup the machine. This was resolved in the 20030619
release of ACPI (against 2.4.21) available from
http://sf.net/projects/acpi/
