Yep. Whenever you see IRQs of >15, you're using an onboard IO-APIC. This
is one thing we have MS to thank for, they essentially forced
chipset/board manufacturers to include IO-APICs.


Check to see if SuSE is booting with "noapic" for some reason, and if it
is try removing the option. Otherwise, a custom kernel with IO-APIC
support may be a good idea.
