[plug] Microsoft introduces the AutoSubscribe.B feature to Outlook users

Apparently via its trait of replying to inbound mail, BugBear.B has
begun gratuitously subscribing people to mailing lists. The scenario
works like this:

UserA mails UserB and CC's the list.

UserB gets BugBear.B, which sends out random mails - including to the
list.

The list responds by asking them to subscribe, here, use this key.

BugBear.B replies to the subscription confirmation, quoting the first
200 bytes of it - and the confirmation code.

UserB is now on list (which in one case throws between 50 and 200 emails
a day).

And you thought TFPC (Clippy) was bad!

Cheers; Leon
