Yeah, SourceForge CVS has been in varying degrees of failure for quite
some time (it's been in the SourceForge site news, but perhaps not
clearly). Developer CVS frequently gives EOF errors (incl. on the
compilation farm and shell servers) and anon cvs can lag by days or
weeks. Some people have even found that 'updating' will take them back
into the past!
