one very good win32 program you can use that has been optimsed for use with P4 processors is AdvancedZipPasswordRecovery (AZPR) www.elcomsoft.com/azpr.html ...
it can get up to 65 million passwords a second using a brute force attack, and also supports dictionary attacks...
unfortunatley u'll need to register to use it, unless... i'm not suggesting anything here, honest...
