Nope, its not possible using up2date in the normal fashion.

The system uses a certificate to verify that its a legit (Red Hat 
Network) server to get untampered with updates from.  There is a 
substitute server for the up2date system, that you can have a look at, 
which can be found here as Red Hat haven't released their server-side 
system for it (and probably won't - as RHN makes them money):

Last time I looked at it (mid last year IIRC), it didn't have all that 
much functionality.  But from a quick skim of the page now, it appears 
they have gotten quite a bit further with it now.  Involves replacing 
the certificate with one created on your "Current" server etc.  So you'd 
have to swap back to use the RHN.
