[plug] Drag to a file to choose it ?

Hi all,

This is probably a very small thing but lately I've been seeing a lot of
requestes in Apache for this:
"GET /Drag%20to%20a%20file%20to%20choose%20it. HTTP/1.1"

I've tried google, Symantec and Sophos and nothing come up that's been any
use.
Has anyone seen that and knows what it is ?
Any information is appreciated
