There are several.

The official ones are:

ftp.wa.au.debian.org (= ftp.it.net.au)
ftp.uwa.edu.au

Both are updated nightly.  The IT one is a "push" mirror which means the
Debian master mirror will trigger a mirror update when ready. I believe
the UWA one is as well.

And several Perth ISPs have their own Debian mirrors as well.
