Yes.  There's one at ftp.wa.au.debian.org (which is an alias for
ftp.it.net.au), and another at ftp.uwa.edu.au.  Both are on WAIX.

(BTW, to give the Subject: line some relevance - what's the difference
between the Suse that one finds on an FTP server and the Suse one pays
$120 for?  Anything more than a printed manual and a real physical CD or
three?)
