Part of the reason why we did it with a WAIX only 172 address was 
because if we restricted via a firewall based on IP addresses known to 
be routed via WAIX, then if either WestNet's or another ISP/member on 
WAIX had problems with their WAIX link, it would all start routing 
externally.  That would then be a problem for WestNet and the user 
accessing it, as the user would be getting charged for the external 
traffic if they didn't realise it was going external also.

Really what was suggested above is a workaround.  Parnet should just fix 
the situation, that would be the better solution.
