[plug] Writing a web based front end to a DB

PHP4 is a decent option, and I'm also leaning toward working in Python 
for a lot of my more complex projects for work. Its much easier to debug 
and maintain IMHO. Then again, I haven't been writing much of that sort 
of thing recently, too busy with sysadmin duties.
