I sync my Palm IIIc with Korganizer using kpilot, with the standard conduits.
I have previously had lots of issues with it, but with current versions out of 
Sid it works perfectly, updating my addressbook, calendar, todo items and 
others, kpilot then syncs the time on my Palm.
