Indeed. I thought he'd disappeared off the face of the planet after being 
proven so spectacularly wrong in OS design theory by Linus. Amazon don't 
stock his recent titles (at least in the UK) and I can't remember seeing 
anything of his in a Perth bookstore. Mind you, I've not been looking. :o)
