[plug] ADSL problems

Probably...and keeping quiet about it too, as usual.
We're all with WestNet but Ben and one or two other guys around town have
reported ADSL line sync drops before, my only problems have been brown outs
and we're on the same exchange so I'm thinking Telstra are playing with
things.
