Mine went down at 9:25 too, came back up 20mins later. Usually my
connections last a few days before dropping for an unknown reason.
Normally they come back up right away with no downtime. 

I don't think it matters too much which provider your with too. Heard
heaps of Telstra customers curse etc.

ADSL is probably going to go through the same process that dialup did 10
years ago -- being unreliable, and unstable. I'm sure that Telstra will
get their act together _one_ day :)
