[plug] WAIX attached FTP servers

Since iinet reduced their FTP server down to little better than nothing, I've 
been downloading from the standard servers and mirrors. Bad. Slow. Expensive.

Is there a list of WAIX attached FTP servers somewhere? I'm specifically after 
the latest stable Mozilla, and a Knoppix ISO.
