[plug] MySQLd fails to start

I'm playing with mysql (learning about it), downloaded from their site, and the binary I need to start is mysqld_safe.
Mysqld just gives an error. Haven't finetuned it wrt who can use the server etc, so it could be there somewhere.. Otherwise it plays nicely.
