[plug] Problem compiling linphone (command line only)

Thanks everyone (boy that was quick)

I installed the ogg libraries and then run .configure again. I presume
all the stuff I had installed should have been done before running
.configure.

Anyway it is compiling again now (got some warnings) but fingers crosses
and it will finish.
