If you're not actually running any X programs that init script is a bit
useless, but won't to any harm - it just creates a couple of directories
inside /tmp for X programs to talk to the X server and each other.

Moving it away will likely break the symlinks that update-rc.d created
but I'm not sure whether this will actually cause any problems.
