[plug] Linux webcam / camera

I've just found this:

But most of the ones I can find on that page that I can find places to 
buy them from in AU, either have problems with the newer versions that 
have been released (e.g. the creative webcam 5), or are rather expensive 
(i.e. over $150 - and I was hoping to spend no more than $100).
