I don't think it's just them... Between the AFP busting P2P in WA last
week, nachi/swen activity on port 135, and a bunch of extra spam, I've had
links on iiNet, Wired City, Eftel, Westnet, and Arachnet's ADSL fluctuate
wildly in the last two weeks - 500Bytes/s from ftp.au.debian.org on a
1M5b/s connection.
The firewall logs here were ~ 5-15 packets a second at one point :(
Only time I've been happy to be on dynamic IP for a *long* time :P
