[plug] D-Link DSL200 Linx support

Hi,

 I can confirm the DSL-200 adsl usb modem works well under linux using
eciadsl. The only problems I have had are sometimes when you fire it up it
doesnt seem to get sync, but usually after a second go everything is sweet.
 For whoever is interested, we are using TPG unlimited 256k plan.
