[plug] PLUG list -> RSS feed

Surely you could have relevant mailto: links (including subject) in the
served HTML?

All messages send to a certain e-mail address are processed to be added
to the RSS feed.

People could have the choice between the regular (e-mail) list and one
served through RSS.
