[plug] mail not getting to user

I'm having a problem sending mail to a user, so I ran a test to send an e-mail to their info e-mail address and I get the same reply:

<info at arach.net.au>: host mx1.arach.net.au[203.30.44.129] said: 554 mail server
    permanently rejected message (#5.3.0)

What I'm trying to find out is if I'm the cause of this or is it their server.
