That would be right, I had exactly the same problem with exactly the 
same board last night. Took hours to track down.

On the same board, it looks like the BIOS adds 14 Deg C to the CPU 
temperature reading (Temp2) so when setting up lm_sensors don't forget 
to add a compute line to temp2.

ACPI looks to be completely broken on this board, it causes all sorts of 
issues.
