Can you bypass the censorship by using IP's instead of URLs': hopefully
they would have thought of that, but you never know.

You could set up a tunneled route and gateway the problematic networks
via that?  There is an encrypted network software that just looks like a
wan link between two sites (i.e., its a psuedo network device that
connects through the tunnel instead of real copper) that may be helpful
here - forget the name.
