[plug] Please help Daniel: comparing Billion reports

Leon,
Got my mate to come have a look.. he said the line doesn't look so good,
confirmed its a Telstra problem. Just waiting for them to come out, will be
tomorrow or Friday. If they say no problem, and charge me - can I oppose
that? Would I speak to the TIO? Or lodge a case at the small claims court?
