As the guy who came up with the idea for this whole thing, I 'spose I'd 
better chuck in my two cents. ;) I reckon linmagau.org was/is very important 
for the aussie community, in the end it became more like slashdot, but that 
was useful even as a kind of "slashdot.AU". I've probably contributed 
about.... 13 articles, of which I'd like to quote on resumes, what should we 
do about past work, and will we be able to retrieve it?

It was a shame we never went hardcopy, even if it would've been el-cheapo, 
but ah-well. :)
