[plug] transfer some files between NT4 machines and linux

Why not use Linux? ;o)

Seriously, is there anything they need specifically on NT4 that they 
can't do on Linux?

Its more of the same with Windows, you need/want a new feature you have 
to upgrade (i.e. buy) to a newer version.
