[plug] Userfriendly quandary

Hi folks:

A rather unusual situation has occurred.  I can't reach userfriendly.org.  
The strange thing is that my server - which is on the same block of ips 
though different ip - can.  This has happened to handful of sites I frequent. 
 Until now, I've been too busy/lazy to track it down.  I thought it was a 
block imposed by a piece of security software I run but that isn't causing 
it.  hosts.deny isn't causing it either and neither is the firewall.  Anyone 
got any suggestions where else I might look?
