[plug] smbfs errors talking to NT4

When we had the need for a windows nfs server on NT4, we used TrueGrid
NFS. Its free and works just fine. We never had it kill any of our
servers, although obviously I can't promise the same for you.

I always found it to be reliable, though a bit quirky (make sure you
have an extra blank line at the end of your exports, for instance).

Microsoft Services For UNIX (SFU) 3.5 is now apparently free, but I just
had a look and it needs 2000server or better... An interesting aside is
that Microsoft admit on the website that SFU was tested against Red Hat
8.0 Linux. I'm surprised those words are allowed on that site!!! ;-)

I'm already using autofs to mount the shares on demand.

Any ideas for a workaround? Is there an NFS server for NT4 that won't
kill my (very important) server?
